No. NOUVOR is an independent fragrance brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any designer fragrance house. Where a product is inspired by a well-known fragrance profile, the reference is named only to describe the scent style.

Yes. Every full-size NOUVOR fragrance is a 50ml Eau de Parfum (EDP).

It means fragrance oil makes up 40% of the liquid in the bottle. The rest is the carrier that helps the scent spray evenly and evaporate on skin. Read: EDP vs EDT vs Parfum.

In our in-house wear tests, NOUVOR fragrances delivered approximately 8 to 12 hours of longevity, depending on the fragrance, skin type, weather and application.

Skin type, temperature, humidity, where you spray and how much you apply all change how long a scent lasts. Dry skin and very hot weather usually shorten wear time.

NOUVOR wears each fragrance on skin in everyday conditions and records how long it remains noticeable. Results are given as a range because they vary from person to person.

A NOUVOR Creation is a fragrance NOUVOR developed in house as its own concept. It is not marketed as a version of any designer perfume.

Each kit holds five 3ml testers for Rs 1,200. There are Men's, Women's and Oud tester kits.

Yes. NOUVOR offers a 14-day money-back guarantee: request a return within 14 days of delivery and the full amount you paid, including delivery charges, is refunded.

No. There is no minimum amount of perfume that must remain in the bottle.

Email info@nouvor.com with your order number and the item you are returning. We reply with the return address and instructions.

The customer pays return postage, and it is not refunded.

By bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, whichever you prefer, within 1 to 2 working days of NOUVOR receiving the returned item.

Email info@nouvor.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and NOUVOR will replace or refund it.

Yes. The NOUVOR shop is at Shop 6, 2nd Floor, Kohinoor One, Faisalabad, open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Sunday. Shop prices are the same as online prices. Visit the shop page.

Selected NOUVOR fragrances are available through our retail collaboration with Zara Station in the basement of Kohinoor One Plaza, Faisalabad, open 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
