14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At NOUVOR, we understand that fragrance is a personal experience. If you are not happy with your perfume for any reason, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery and get a full refund of the product price. There is no minimum amount that must remain in the bottle and no questions asked.
Return Postage
For a normal return, you pay the courier charge to send the product back to us. This return postage is not refunded.
If your item arrived damaged, leaking or you received the wrong product, NOUVOR covers all return and replacement delivery charges.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@nouvor.com or WhatsApp 0333 9662222 within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will confirm your return and share the return address.
- Pack the bottle securely to prevent leakage and send it through any reliable courier. Please share the courier tracking number with us.

Refunds
Your refund is sent within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your return, by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, whichever you prefer. We will confirm by email or WhatsApp once the refund has been sent.
Damaged, Leaking or Wrong Item
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, leaking or wrong, email info@nouvor.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and NOUVOR pays all delivery charges.
Exchanges
Want a different scent instead? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. For a normal exchange, you pay the postage to send the product back, and we ship your new perfume as a regular order.
