14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
At NOUVOR, we understand that fragrance is a personal experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be mostly unused, with at least 80%-90% of the content remaining.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- The customer must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
- Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
Please note that the original delivery charges of PKR 300 are non-refundable.
In addition, the 4% tax/transaction charges applied to the order are also non-refundable.
For normal returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred while sending the product back to us.
In cases where the product is damaged, leaking, or the wrong item is delivered, NOUVOR will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
HOW TO START A RETURN

When requesting a return, please provide:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear pictures or video of the product, if required
- Proof of purchase
Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and confirm whether the return is approved.
HOW TO SEND A RETURN
Once your return request is approved, you must securely pack the product to prevent leakage or damage during transit.
The customer must send the product back through a reliable courier service to the following address:

After dispatching the return parcel, the customer must share the courier tracking number with NOUVOR.
Please do not send any product back without first contacting us and receiving return approval. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
INSPECTION PROCESS
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm:
- Product condition
- Remaining quantity
- Whether the product meets our return eligibility requirements
If the return is approved after inspection, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.
DAMAGES, LEAKAGE, OR WRONG PRODUCT
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item is damaged, leaking, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@nouvor.com with your order details and clear pictures or video.
Once the issue is verified, NOUVOR will make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable. In such cases, NOUVOR will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
For normal exchanges, the customer is responsible for delivery charges involved in sending the product back and receiving the exchanged product.
In cases of damage, leakage, or wrong product delivery, NOUVOR will cover all delivery charges related to the exchange.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
The refund amount will be calculated after deducting:
- Original delivery charges of PKR 300
- 4% tax/transaction charges
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, payment provider, or refund method to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@nouvor.com.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused or mostly unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
