Thank you for choosing NOUVOR. We deliver your fragrances across Pakistan as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time:
Standard Delivery: We deliver all across Pakistan. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Including 1 to 2 business days for processing, the estimated total is 4 to 7 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping is PKR 175 for order amounts from PKR 50 to PKR 1,500, and PKR 75 for order amounts above PKR 1,500. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout.
3. Returns: Every order is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee with a full refund of the product price. For a normal return, the customer pays the return postage. If an item arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, NOUVOR covers all delivery charges. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also check your parcel on our order tracking page.
5. Payment Methods (Cash on Delivery): We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Please ensure you or someone on your behalf is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and pay the cash amount to the courier representative.
6. Delayed or Undelivered Parcels: Courier delays can sometimes happen due to weather conditions or public holidays. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our support team will contact you to resolve the issue. Please provide an active, reachable phone number at checkout.
