1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

  • Standard Delivery: We deliver all across Pakistan. Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after the order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier company’s website to check the live status of your delivery.

4. Payment Methods (Cash on Delivery): We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Please ensure you or someone on your behalf is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel and pay the cash amount to the courier representative.

5. Delayed or Undelivered Parcels: While we ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays from the courier side can sometimes happen due to weather conditions or public holidays. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our support team will contact you to resolve the issue. Please provide an active, reachable phone number at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
