Exchange & Returns
If a product does not meet expectations due to personal fragrance preference, customers may apply for a return or exchange between 14th day after receiving the order. All return or exchange requests are subject to review and approval as per company policy.

Product Condition
Returned or exchanged products must be:

  • Free from damage or excessive usage

Documentation
All return or exchange requests must include:

  • Original invoice

  • Order number

Refunds & Deductions
In cases of change of mind or fragrance preference:

  • Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable

  • Approved refunds are processed for product value only

  • Partial refunds or store credit may be offered as a one-time goodwill gesture

Exceptions
Returns or full refunds are accepted in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong or damaged product received

  • Product unavailability after order confirmation

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the company.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled due to product unavailability or other valid operational reasons. Customers will be informed via email prior to cancellation and any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

Return Shipping
If an incorrect or defective product is delivered, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by the company. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
